New England Wheat
This unique wheat ale was brewed with 2-row barley, Valley Malt Warthog Wheat, Munich malt, Carafoam, and acidulated malt. Hopped with Amarillo and Ekuanot. The use of our house yeast at an elevated temperature has given this beer a lovely dry finish along with a medium mouthfeel that allows the hops to shine. This beer is exhibiting a pungent aroma from the Amarillo – super floral and tropical.
