India Pale Ale
A collaboration with Avidia Bank. Brewed with 2-row, Vienna, Carafoam, flaked barley, acid malt and a touch of carafa 3 (a German dehusked chocolate malt just for a little color). Dry-hopped with Mosaic, High Oil Cascade, and Ekuanot hops. We fermented this IPA with a special yeast which essentially allows the esters formed via fermentation to demonstrate stone fruit and ‘malty’ characteristics while still allowing the hops to do their thing.
