This DDH DIPA is brewed with Simcoe Cryo and Mosaic Cryo hops! This beer has a soft mouthfeel with a clean citrus oil flavor and aroma and fairly dry finish.

What are Cryo hops? They are hops that are cryogenically frozen to concentrate the lupulin of the whole leaf hop which is the part that contains the resins and aromatic oils. As a result, it increases hop aroma and flavor without the vegetative cone material. This also means less particulate to create the “haze”. But don’t worry. This beer is still plenty juicy.
