Another Weird Flex is the delightful result of the marriage of fruit, Brettanomyces, and time. Notes of a slight Brett funk and light kiwi on the nose lead to a dance of ripe pineapple and juicy mango across the palate. It finishes dry, bright, and smacks with a dynamic medley of Brett flavors.
This ale was first brewed in 2020 as Weird Flex (But OK). At that time some of it was set aside and aged for twelve months on mango, pineapple, and kiwi.
Available for sale in 500ml bottles.
