Ready for some suds and savasana? Untapped Yoga with Kristen is bringing a vinyasa flow class to new and experienced yogis alike as we combine balance, strength, and flexibility with an upbeat playlist to start your day off right. Turn inward during this 1 hour class and link your breath to a mindful flow as you are led through sun salutations, standing poses, hip openers, backbends, twists and core work with the option to explore arm balances as well.
Please bring your own yoga mat. A limited amount of yoga blocks will be provided. If you have your own blocks, please feel free to bring them.
