High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will get your heart racing and your muscles working hard; but relief will come in the form of a yoga fusion blend, designed to stretch and relax the muscles you worked hardest. This class aims to enhance core, strength, balance, and cardiovascular endurance.

All skill levels are welcome!

Participants must bring a water bottle and their own mat to class.
