Tap That Boston is excited to launch our “Hop Around the World” craft beer dinner series where we partner local and independent breweries with Boston’s top international cuisine restaurants – a beer dinner like no other! First stop on our world tour is Japan!
We’ve partnered Pagu in Cambridge with Exhibit ‘A’ Brewing – you’ll enjoy an intimate 4-course tasting dinner exclusively curated by Pagu owner and head chef Tracy Chang. Her Japanese fusion dishes use responsibly sourced local produce to deliver a creative and innovative dining experience. Exhibit ‘A’s head brewer Matthew Steinberg will pair his beers for each course and be on hand to discuss the tasting notes and story behind the brewery.
