The latest iteration of our ongoing kettle sour series was made in collaboration with our friends at Warner Farm in Sunderland. 1000 lbs of strawberries were picked, processed, and put into the beer – all within 24 hours. This batch is similar to recent versions of Leitmotif in that the focus was put on dry, tart and bright characteristics. The fresh strawberries used contribute a rosy pink hue and a distinct strawberry flavor and aroma.
