Table beer aged in gin barrels with lime added

This table beer was aged for one year in Caledonia Spirits Tom Cat Gin barrels. We then added lime puree and bottle conditioned it for another six month. Aroma is crushed limes and lime zest. Refreshing citrusy lime character is followed by tartness and hints of gin botanicals on the finish.
