Mindset Project is an exploration of ingredients. This batch features Amarillo hops and Golden Naked Oats. A slightly lower ABV delivers a slightly lighter mouthfeel, smooth texture and refreshing finish. Flowery, grapefruit peel aroma comes from the abundance of Amarillo hops with very light bitter character.
